Welcome to the Seattle Children's Research Institute Spatial Biology Collaborative Laboratory (CoLab), and institutional resource to enable efficient and equitable access to state-of-the-art scientific equipment and expertise to advance collaborative, cutting-edge pediatric research. We currently focus on facilitating the measurement of proteins and transcripts in tissue sections using the NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP) platform. The Spatial Biology CoLab provides equipment and training for slide processing, training on the GeoMx instrument, library preparation for nCounter or Illumina sequencing, and consultation on experimental setup and data analysis.
